I booked a standard double room with en-suite shower. The room was very small but comfortable. Shower cube is divided only by glass so it doesn’t feel very private but it’s was not an issue for me. There was some mould on the walls of the bathroom but toilet, washbasin and floor were clean. No windows make the room perfect for sleep but difficult to wake up in the morning without alarm. Staff was polite and helpful. There’s water refill and free coffee in the lobby. Location is great right in the centre. Overall good value for money. I’d stay here again.

Sarka

The room was pretty, comfortable. The staffs were polite, there was a corner for free flow drinking water and coffee. There were a microwave and refrigerator, dedicated for Halal foods only, which amazed me. I mean, considering the neighbouring area with no muslim-friendly facilities and halal restaurants and such, they still provide the halal corner for the guest. There was a Qibla sign in the room, too. The location is so strategic, near to the attractions, Prangin Mall and Komtar. The wifi provided is excellent too

The staff are mostly helpful, the hotel is clean, and the hotel is surrounded by street food, shopping centres (for groceries like water) and transit in all directions. Importantly, this hotel is a short walk from a very unassuming street stall that sells the best har mee (prawn noodles) that we've *ever* had. We'll try to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Penang.

Room was really small and snug, but it wasn't an issue for me as I was booking only for one person. The location is absolutely stellar, as you'll be smack dab in the middle of Georgetown, very convenient for travel. A convenient store is just around the literal corner for any smaller emergencies, or if you're just feeling peckish. Staff is also nice and accommodating!

So far okay. For 3 family members with one toddlers 4year old. Come with brush teeth. Toilet so far okay n clean. Have water heater too. hot n cold water at reception can refill. Staff also friendly. Have lift. Near city. Just walk to breakfast at Hutton Lane also psar chowRasta . Love this part 🤣
